The 100mm System: Specialized Tools for Advanced Needs:
For photographers who need maximum control over dynamic range, the NiSi 100mm V7 Professional Kit offers unparalleled precision. This system is designed for those who frequently work with high-contrast scenes, where graduated ND filters help balance brighter skies and darker foregrounds in the camera. With seven high-quality filters and a robust holder, this kit gives you the tools to capture incredible detail and tonal balance in challenging conditions.
That said, this system isn’t for everyone. The JetMag Pro System remains my top recommendation for most photographers, thanks to its compact size, ease and joy of use, and versatility. The 100mm system, by contrast, is best suited for those who know they need GND filters and don’t mind the added size, weight, and cost to achieve a precise effect.
I use the 100mm system when working out of a car or when I can bring extra gear. However, when traveling, hiking, or trying to keep things light and simple - which is most of the time - I always opt for the JetMag Pro. And with today’s camera sensors offering exceptional dynamic range, GND filters are less necessary than they once were. Exposure blending in the digital darkroom can often achieve the same or better results without extra equipment.
This kit is an excellent option for those who understand the trade-offs and see value in having every tool available. But for most photographers, the JetMag Pro System will more than meet your needs—without the extra weight and complexity.
The Swift System: Practical and Versatile
for Any Budget:

I’ve used the Swift System during extended travels to places like Japan, Venice, and Berlin, where its lightweight and portable design served me well. While the JetMag Pro feels like a significant upgrade in ease of use and innovation, this system remains a solid option for those on a tighter budget.
It’s worth noting that the press-on design can take some coordination in the field, particularly for beginners. However, for those willing to adapt, the Swift System provides dependable performance and a great entry point into creative filter use.
